At Ifield Park we work together to improve our services and encourage teamwork.  We take the time to understand each other's roles and needs. We initiate partnerships to integrate with others to provide improved services to residents and with the local communities.

Ifield park values accountability and this is about taking personal responsibility. If we feel there is a problem, together, we will do something to help solve it.  Ifield Park is about empowering and supporting each other, so we can make the best decisions for our residents and each other.  It is about providing a clear framework so everyone knows where they stand.
